Youthful Assailant Given Life Imprisonment Punishment with Minimum 16-Year-Long Term
A fifteen-year-old youth has been judged to life behind bars with a base term of sixteen years for the homicide of fellow pupil Harvey Willgoose during a lunch period.

CCTV from the date of the stabbing revealed the perpetrator coming near the deceased in the school yard shortly after noon.

Judicial Trial
Throughout the court case, Khan testified he had not planned to cause death to Harvey or cause him serious harm, asserting he could not remember what had occurred.
The state argued that he had "intended to show he was formidable" and "understood exactly what he was doing".
"You acted as the provoker and... you acted in pain and fury at what you considered to be his treachery of your relationship," pronounced the court official during sentencing.
Consequences
All Saints Catholic High School published a statement expressing that the student was "dearly missed every single day by the complete learning environment".
Police officials emphasized the devastating consequences of carrying blades, noting that a "momentary choice" can permanently transform numerous existences.
